ScaleUp was an amazing experience. In years, this was some ‘me time’ that I gifted myself. It was stress buster! Honestly, I have come back with complete clarity that I need in this phase of business to build capability and alignment in my team. I have clear goals and actionable. The relationships that I have built with other business owners are nothing less than an asset.
The experience was beyond my expectation! The program design was a great one as I got the opportunity to interact with business owners like myself and my key takeaway from the interactions with them was ‘taking calculated risks in business’. I had the pleasure of working with SKOPE team to re-build the content of our 6 days induction training for new hires. Complete content was curated as per our products and processes with a good mix of soft skills. There were various elements to it like facilitator and participant guide for each module, playbook and cue cards for trainers, role plays and other engaging activities. The content was gamified to enhance the retention of the concepts and add fun too. To help our trainers translate the essence of the content into their facilitation style, a 2 day Trainer The Trainer workshop was facilitated by SKOPE. I found the team skilled and professional in delivering the output. Infact the whole project was managed well and a quality output was delivered within the agreed timelines. Overall, a great experience ! All the best.
