She has a Master’s degree in Instructional Design from Symbiosis, Pune and comes with an experience of over 10 years into Learning and Development across various industries like ITES, Retail, Education, and Insurance.

Nimisha is associated with SKOPE as a Lead Consultant. Nimisha is an MBA-HR pass out from Amity University, Noida; post which she started her career at SKOPE and has been working since in the space of HR throughout, shifting orbits from Recruitments to HR Outsourcing to HR Consulting. She also manages the Internal HR Operations. Working across these domains, she has developed as an HR Advisor, Subject Matter Expert and a Strategic & HR Business partner for our clients.

Reetika is a passionate HR professional with more than 9 years of experience in BPO, IT, Telecom & Legal industry with Middle & Large Sized organisations. She has practiced Business HR Roles and has an exposure into designing & implementing HR programs partnering with the management for building human capital and improving overall employee experience from entry to exit. Sushant comes with 14 years of experience with leading organizations in the Indian textile industry and is associated with SKOPE as a Textile Consultant. He has extensively worked in Quality Assurance, R&D, Production, Merchandizing, Planning and Execution of the home and apparel segments. He has been recognized by CII for various initiatives on Process Setting and SOP implementation. Sushant’s expertise in tools such as TQM, 5S, Kaizen, 3M, 7QC, WCM, Flow Manufacturing and so on.

Pardeep takes care of the Legal and Finance department at SKOPE. His expertise lies in taxes including GST, TDS, income tax, employee payroll including ESI and PF, and he is responsible for the company accounting at SKOPE. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Pune and he comes with 10+ years of experience in the accounting and finance space.
In addition to his rich experience in bank reconciliation, debtor & creditor reconciliation, audit, Profit & Loss account, he also is responsible for cross-department tasks related to the HR team. Previously, he worked as a Senior Executive at Sakha Engineers where he honed his expertise in preparation of accounting vouchers, scrutiny of entire Trial Balance and TDS Ledger.

Naveen comes with 9 years of experience with leading organizations in the FMCG, Automobile, Textile, Steel industries and is associated with SKOPE as a Senior Project Lead. He has extensively worked in the areas like Production Efficiency, Rejection Control, Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Shop floor management, Process Synchronization, New Plant establishment, Quality House Deployment, New Product Development, ISO Certification, Benchmarking and Kaizen Implementation.
