Nimisha is an MBA-HR pass out from Amity University, Noida; post which she started her career at SKOPE and has been working since in the space of HR throughout, shifting orbits from Recruitments to HR Outsourcing to HR Consulting. She also manages the Internal HR Operations. Working across these domains, she has developed as an HR Advisor, Subject Matter Expert and a Strategic & HR Business partner for our clients.
Nimisha’s interpersonal skills, her understanding of HR dynamics and reliable nature have been helpful- internally as well as with the clients.

Nitya is associated with SKOPE as a Brand & Marketing Analyst. She works in the space of Digital Marketing, including Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation and Email Marketing. She has a Bachelors degree in marketing and global business from NYU Stern School Of Business. She comes with a rich experience in content writing and she has written for brands like UpGrad, Swiss Beauty, Zamouse, etc. Nitya has also handled the social media for a growing non-profit SANG and the head of Paediatrics of Artemis Hospital.

A futuristic individual to the core, Nitya is motivated by what the road ahead might look like. With her experience in digital marketing strategy and she understands the growing need for an online presence for small business and big corporations.

Sushant comes with 14 years of experience with leading organizations in the Indian textile industry and is associated with SKOPE as a Textile Consultant. He has extensively worked in Quality Assurance, R&D, Production, Merchandizing, Planning and Execution of the home and apparel segments. He has been recognized by CII for various initiatives on Process Setting and SOP implementation. Sushant’s expertise in tools such as TQM, 5S, Kaizen, 3M, 7QC, WCM, Flow Manufacturing and so on.

In his diverse experience he has handled projects with leading international brands such as Tory Burch, Bimba Y Lola, Marimekko, Zara Home, Disney, Frankonia, Polo Ralph Lauren, J Crew, Club Moncao and so on. His vision is to provide his clients a differentiated experience of quality, improvement and delivery.

Pardeep takes care of the Legal and Finance department at SKOPE. His expertise lies in taxes including GST, TDS, income tax, employee payroll including ESI and PF, and he is responsible for the company accounting at SKOPE. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Pune and he comes with 10+ years of experience in the accounting and finance space.
In addition to his rich experience in bank reconciliation, debtor & creditor reconciliation, audit, Profit & Loss account, he also is responsible for cross-department tasks related to the HR team. Previously, he worked as a Senior Executive at Sakha Engineers where he honed his expertise in preparation of accounting vouchers, scrutiny of entire Trial Balance and TDS Ledger.

Naveen comes with 9 years of experience with leading organizations in the FMCG, Automobile, Textile, Steel industries and is associated with SKOPE as a Senior Project Lead. He has extensively worked in the areas like Production Efficiency, Rejection Control, Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Shop floor management, Process Synchronization, New Plant establishment, Quality House Deployment, New Product Development, ISO Certification, Benchmarking and Kaizen Implementation. Naveen specialises in tools such as TQM, 5S, Kaizen, 3M, 7QC, PDCA and Lean Six Sigma and so on.

He has handled projects with several organizations such as Fakir Apparels of Bangladesh, Miraj Group, Advance Group, Intech, Madhav KRG Steels, Adroid, LGI, Renault Automobile Dealership, Hyundai Automobile Dealership, Nissan Automobile Dealership, and so on. She has done trainings and coaching at Indiamart, Hindustan Times and Mjunction

Rajat comes with a rich experience of over 18 years in managing sales bound operations – outsourced & captive, expanding services and products to existing clients, securing new clients and focusing on the organisation’s segmentation strategy. He has been showcasing his skills in call centre operations, business development and direct marketing for over a decade in companies like Accor Plus, Max New York Life Insurance, Save the Children and Solutions Integrated Marketing Services to name a few.

Rajat is a keen planner, strategist & implementer with expertise in analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies. He has a proven track record of increasing revenues, establishing networks, streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity.
