Aseem is a Mechanical Engineer, PG in Metallurgy with MBA in Marketing. He is a voracious reader and has an inclination towards reading books on leadership & management. He is married to Simi and is blessed with a talented son, Kabir.
Nuzhat is a dynamic business consultant. She has more than 8 years of consulting experience within multiple industries like Textiles, Architecture, Media and Manufacturing.
She is associated with SKOPE India as VP & Principal Consultant. She comes with the diverse experience of 20 years. She started her career with Kingsmen, a leading Marketing Communications Solution provider in South East Asia; handled accounts like Toyota, BBC and Burberry. Later she joined Time Life, an educational division of Time Warner group and was closely associated with the strategic operations of Time Life. In one of her assignments, Nuzhat worked with entrepreneurs closely and has valuable insights on how owner-managed organizations work.
Nuzhat is a Certified Coach from International Coaching Federation, a Certified Assessor on SOSIE, Certified on OPQ32 of SHL and a Certified Competency Consultant by World HR Board. She is also a CII Certified Assessor for Business Excellence.

Seema Fauzdar is a Principal Consultant with SKOPE and is heading the HRC vertical. She carries around 16 years of diverse corporate experience in the field of sales, projects, strategy, data analysis and has been in the field of training and mentoring for almost 5 years. Seema has worked with organisations like HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, Max New York Life and Shriram Life Insurance in various management and strategic roles.
Seema has worked very closely with people in her roles and also as a trainer facilitating 105 workshops for middle managers and has helped them in unleashing their hidden skills and capabilities. Her workshops have also helped leaders in reviewing, tasking and coaching their teams. Her experience in building large teams and competencies across levels, understanding people and organizations; helps bringing business effectiveness for clients with HR tools like Competency frame work, Performance Management System and Employee Engagement. She leads a team of Human Resource Professionals to help Startups and SME clients building and implementing HR as a function, which facilitate business Goals. A thorough professional with 28 years of experience in Transformational Training, Robin has been closely associated with ‘Landmark Education’ for over 2 decades now and has been involved in People Development. He is an effective facilitator who has successfully transformed behaviour by bringing in realization of the learning need and skilling the participants on the same.
He has led over 600 seminars and training workshops for Landmark Education, Airtel, AMEX, CBRE, Ericsson, HT, MNYL Insurance, UHG, CANHSBCOBC Life Insurance, etc. and has been a Designated Seminar Leader, Course Supervisor and Introduction Leader’s Program Leader on Landmark Education Platform. Simi Hanspal, Co-Founder, has been heading the HRO & Talent Acquisition division at SKOPE since 2010.
Simi completed B.Sc. in Microbiology from Sophia College for Women, post which she was a Medical Lab Tech at Breach Candy Hospital & Research Centre. Next, she managed Office Operations and Recruitment Activities at Milliman India, followed by her stint at UOP where she was involved in the recruitment cycle of Middle and Senior Level Managers as well as campus recruitments. And now, since the inception of SKOPE, Simi has put her heart and soul into building a strong and talented team.
Simi is multi-lingual. She is proficient at English, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi and Gujarati. She enjoys reading and travelling. Simi has also been volunteering as a Trained Counsellor at Sanjivini Society for Mental Health since 2011. She is married to Aseem and is blessed with a talented son, Kabir.
Sanjeev has more than 25 years’ experience working in the MNCs and is associated with SKOPE as a Principal Consultant. He has primarily involved in developing and implementing marketing and talent development strategies. He has conducted more than 400 workshops covering about 10,000 participants focusing on leadership and management.
He brings with him a wealth of experience working with people from middle management and different business functions in companies across India. He is experienced in developing Talent Management programs, and was involved in formulating and implementing interventions for improved organizational performance. Sanjeev has worked in Pharmaceutical sector for 15 years and in Insurance sector for 10 years.
Sanjeev is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and “Journey to excellence” by KBI USA. He is also certified on OPQ32 of SHL and a is certified in Professional Patterns of Management.
Inderjeet is a dynamic, result-oriented, and enterprising Consultant. With close to 3 decades of experience in improving profitability, productivity, process and people in a wide range of industries with manufacturing, automobile after sales and training as his strengths. He is a Certified Chief Instructor from Honda Motor Company, Japan.
He has been independently providing consulting solutions since 2013 and has worked with clients like Renault, Skoda, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, LGI and Automotive Skills Development Council.
