“The Escape Velocity program was a great success, SKOPE facilitators did a great job of getting people engaged and active in the various stages of the two days. I learned a lot personally on how my staff reacted to the various assignments. It made me think about my own attitudes and how to overcome the lock-in’s that restrict our thought processes. All up, the program was worth it and I look forward to the follow up session and checking progress on how we’re implementing the ideas that came out of the two days. Excited for the Journey!!”

Although I found most of them helpful, this is the first workshop which addressed the day to day issues specifically concerning GFC. It helped address both theoretical situations and actual current company issues, making the exercise doubly useful. Aseem and Robin work extremely well as a team. They broke a sales record, which was considered impossible to achieve on the last day of the month, all with their own internal direction and motivation. This has been the best workshop I have participated in throughout my working life. The course has served as a catalyst for personal change in so many ways at work and outside work. It has opened my mind to many things and what I can be. This workshop has definitely helped me so much to realise certain things that I have been lacking and opened my mind for further learning and improvement.
