Escape Velocity

Escape Velocity is a two day offsite which is very interactive and fun filled yet drives the serious intent of the business. This can be customised for a Function across hierarchy or for Heads of Department and Senior Leadership team depending on the objective of the intervention.
We understand that the key to productivity and efficiency in all organizations across industry is alignment of employees with organisation’s objective, their initiative taking ability as individuals and a mindset of trust across functions. Escape Velocity addresses this challenge.

We conduct the workshop in 3 formats. The format can be chosen depending on the desired objective.

1. Escape Velocity: The workshop is replete with activities, role plays, videos and discussions and the outcome expected is as follows:

  • An aligned and initiative oriented team with openness to differences amongst each other.

  • A ‘no-excuse’ mindset with absolute accountability at work

  • An inclination to listen and engage in dialogue at work to build consensus

  • An orientation to ‘solution’ seeking mindset rather than problem seeking one.

On the 2nd day the team is left with Action Learning Projects with defined Measure of Success. These projects become a platform for implementing the learning of the workshop and is also an opportunity for the organization to address some key challenges faced by the participating team.

2. Together Towards Tomorrow – Strategy/ Annual Operating Plan Roll Out

Outcome of this format is as follows for the participating team:

  • Gets aligned with a complete buy-in to the strategy of the organization and is motivated with high energy levels

  • Understands the 3-4 key levers in their business with respect to AOP

  • Set expectations with each other for action at work

  • Conclude with an action plan through the Action Learning Projects with defined measure of success

3. Change the Game – For launching a ‘Change’ within the organization and aligning the team to the same

Outcome of this format is as follows for the participating team:

  • Gets aligned to the organisation’s goal.

  • Develops an understanding and acceptance of the desired business context and the process of CHANGE

  • Become open to initiate and lead as Change Managers

  • Conclude with an action plan through the Action Learning Projects with defined measure of success

It’s a mindset that not only fosters growth but also builds lasting relationships, credibility, and success.
