“The Escape Velocity program was a great success, SKOPE facilitators did a great job of getting people engaged and active in the various stages of the two days. I learned a lot personally on how my staff reacted to the various assignments. It made me think about my own attitudes and how to overcome the lock-in’s that restrict our thought processes. Although I found most of them helpful, this is the first workshop which addressed the day to day issues specifically concerning GFC. This has been the best workshop I have participated in throughout my working life. The course has served as a catalyst for personal change in so many ways at work and outside work. It has opened my mind to many things and what I can be.
