He has extensively worked in the areas like Production Efficiency, Rejection Control, Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Shop floor management, Process Synchronization, New Plant establishment, Quality House Deployment, New Product Development, ISO Certification, Benchmarking and Kaizen Implementation. Naveen specialises in tools such as TQM, 5S, Kaizen, 3M, 7QC, PDCA and Lean Six Sigma and so on.

He has handled projects with several organizations such as Fakir Apparels of Bangladesh, Miraj Group, Advance Group, Intech, Madhav KRG Steels, Adroid, LGI, Renault Automobile Dealership, Hyundai Automobile Dealership, Nissan Automobile Dealership, and so on.
