"Not only was the Escape Velocity workshop fun but it left us with a lot to reflect on. The de-briefing after every activity explored on how all this was applicable at the workplace. The team was using a different language and energy generated was remarkable. Post the intervention the team started taking a lot of initiative and I also witnessed a remarkable alignment towards organizational goal. I am sure we are on our way to moving to next orbit.
